Writing and translation with AI support
The Journal uses artificial intelligence to support writing, structuring, editing and translating content across its language editions, including English and Italian. The extent of assistance varies by article. AI is not an independent source or a guarantee of accuracy. AI checks must not be understood as human review; review by a native speaker or specialist is claimed only where it has actually taken place.
Languages and reference edition
English is the editorial reference for comparing language versions. Translations aim to preserve meaning, sources and context, but may contain errors, omissions or differences in nuance. Reference to English does not make either version infallible or override readers’ mandatory legal rights. Archives follow the original editorial chronology; a translation date is distinct from the original publication date.
Sources and corrections
Personal experience and opinion are distinct from externally sourced information. Cited sources allow readers to examine the basis of an article. Information reflects the context and date indicated and may become outdated. Readers can report errors through the site’s Contact page, identifying the article and passage. Substantive corrections should be compared across the affected editions.
