CRISTIAN MARINO ADVISORY · INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT

Independent judgment for hospitality decisions that matter.

Founder-led advisory for owners, General Managers and senior hospitality leaders who need a clear second view before an important decision becomes difficult or expensive to reverse.

Why advisory

Sometimes the team is capable. The decision is still difficult.

A proposal may look convincing while leaving questions about staffing, cost or execution unanswered. An independent review helps identify the risks that matter before you commit.

Cristian examines the decision alongside the information already available and gives a clear professional assessment. Responsibility remains with the people leading the property, project or team.

When an independent view helps

Two strong finalists

The Executive Chef candidates both interview well, but the operation needs more than a good interview. Which profile is best suited to lead the culinary team at your hotel, resort or large-scale hospitality property?

An attractive concept

A new restaurant, menu or F&B concept looks convincing on paper. Before committing capital and internal momentum, does the operating reality support the idea?

Conflicting internal views

Ownership, operations and culinary leadership see the same issue differently. An external view can separate the decision from internal position and hierarchy.

Focused services

Choose the service that fits your question.

Second Opinion

“Should we proceed?” An independent view of a specific hospitality decision before you commit.

Receive a clear conclusion on the proposal, its risks and the questions to resolve before approval. Delivered as a written summary, a discussion, or both, as agreed.

Executive Chef Assessment

“Is this the right Executive Chef for our property?” An independent assessment of a candidate against the role and the needs of your operation.

Receive a written assessment of leadership, operational judgment and suitability for the role, with a comparison of finalists when included in the agreed scope.

Cristian Marino Review

“Where can our culinary offering improve?” A confidential, remote review of your concept, menu and positioning.

You receive a written report on strengths, inconsistencies and practical priorities, based on the documents and conversations agreed within scope.

Project Engagements

Some projects require more than a defined service.

For openings, repositioning, culinary direction and leadership transitions that need support across several stages, Cristian can provide direct involvement, on-site presence or an ongoing advisory relationship.

Share the project and the support you need. Scope, availability and the working relationship are agreed around the needs of the assignment.

Start with the decision.

A concise first message is enough. Explain what you need to decide, what has already been prepared and the timing around the decision. Sensitive documents do not need to be shared at the beginning.
